"Yes it is and it is sad, I don't know what is going on in this country, it's all right to attack people in the GLBT community and heave set people with nothing being said. My 16 year old hates labels, so I say is looking for love with a wonderful young lady. If others do not like this, tough, I love my daughter for who she is, not what others think that she should be. I think we really need to spear head the ending of "don't ask, don't tell" out of the military for good. We can honor it to those who are the "Tasha's" of the military. I love Tasha and I think that is the kind of person I would want to go into battle with if it was that way. If we look back to the history of this country, there has always been issues that others stood up to help fight, I live in a hick town and being different is not a good thing. I try to tell people that I don't want a cookie cutter kid, and I love everyone who dares to be different and I think that is why I love the show so much, epically Alice and Tasha, I could see them being our family friend if they were real people. Be proud to be who you are, if no one else will love you for that, I sure will.

"Don't ask don't tell has always been around there was just no name for it, If your CO liked you and rumors got out he would make sure you knew or like most of my friend the gay guys and us got married we got better housing and better pay no one came to see who lived where. It was pretty cool it was a community within a community. Please don't get me wrong it wasn't easy you still always had to watch your back but it made it easier knowing there was family living next door. LOL normally your husband and his boyfriend.

As for Tasha and Alice I am a firm believe that true love can concur all. Tasha gave up the career she lover for a much greater love. The barrier has been removed now it time to connect the dots."

"She is going to find this life full of ups and downs,a life of always being judged The mixed crowd is a jungle....Every one lives in some thing, they have made up..and everyone is scattered out no closeness...made up friends....there whole life is what they wanted it to be,not what it truly is...they will tell you things,show you pictures of things that only lives in there minds...They can not keep it real..They want you to leave there world and step in to some thing that dont exist....No matter how many times you try (andboy oh boy will they chase you until you try it)It doesnt exist....She will have to bring them in to her world...because they have none....This is a hell of a luggage the whole family wants to go....The people that knows the mixed world and how bad its mixed up...and just might care will disappear unless she goes one way or the other...Either the straight crowd or the lesbian oh and still shes gotta pick color also....So many choses they push you to make that goes no where but some where they truly are not happy with....F##ked up world....Who would have thought that a world they teach you to make decisions to better yourself....That every time they think you are getting a head there life turns to envy jealousy HATE...there so messed up they cant do it .....Put you up there to do it and then kick you every time they get a chance and they will all join in if they can..Believe me I have been successful in many things..AND IT HAPPENS EVERY TIME.But thats the way of the mix she will learn to live with it........"

"lreally like Tasha she's very energetic,well maintained,courageous,out going person.I am sure she will find her place in life.She believes totally in herself. and the rules and regulations of society and what it has to offer.In which Alice shares the same sort of life style,except one thing that could make the relationship a little complicated...I call it persistant clock work.Which means every thing has a place,and these ..all things....are run by the clock.
