The L Word Episode Guide for Season 4
This season of The L Word finds the women fighting with old demons. Shane becomes Shay's legal guardian, Tina and Bette come to a truce over their daughter Angelica, and Alice tries to move on after Dana.  Original Air Date: Directed By: Bronwen Hughes Written By: Ilene Chaiken Guest Stars: Rosanna Arquette, Karina Lombard, Jane Lynch The L Word Episode Summary: We start off with the girls minus Shane, Carmen and Lara in a hotel room surrounding a phone to the a group intervention since Bette "kidnapped" Angelica during the night. Lara left to work at a 4-star restaurant. So Alice and her relationship is unresolved. Helena is now penniless since her mother cut her off. Shane is drugged out of her mind as she stays at Cherie Peroni's (Jaffe) after leaving Carmen at the altar. She finally leaves still high and takes Cherie's car to see Carmen, but gets knocked down my Carmen's cousin. She leaves and buys booze. She drinks and drives and ends up crashing the car. She doesn't get help and goes home to find herself a little surprise at the back door after having a little encounter with Carla: her half-brother Shay. Jenny has the french lady she met in Whistler stay with her and having her book Some of her Parts signing at the Planet, and the small reappearance of Marina. Episode Summary: Bette seeks Tina's advice on how to get Jodi back, but is surprised to learn that Tina no longer wants to be straight. Alice is devastated when Tasha is called in for another tour in Iraq. Meanwhile, Phyllis seeks divorce, Jenny is excluded in any decisions regarding the movie, and Helena frees herself from Catherine's tangles. fan having a rant: this is a most amazing episode - just stunning scenes and production - i couldn't believe the shane-paige scene where they're in domestic bliss in another era, with the boys in the yard playing ball, and shane mowing - really amazing images. paige completely makes that segment, when she's standing at the front door with a pie - just has to be seen to be believed. it's also set to brilliant music. phew! there is also a magnificent shot of bette and jodi in the field, also set to brilliant music, on the other side of the continent. and evocative image of tasha and alice at dawn. absolutely enchanting. | Best Scene(s):

hey there ladies, i need some help... idont have showtime and cant watch the l word when it comes on... does anyone know a site that i can watch all of season 5 on?
