Episode Summary: It is revealed to us that Tina has gone through with another artificial insemination, and is pregnant again. Bette tries to get Tina back, but Tina is still pissed. When Tina goes back to pick up some clothes, Bette begs her to stay and tries to rationalize her infiedlity. Tina is unwavering and leaves as Bette screams for her. Ivan continues courting Kit; he restores her car and gives her a key to his apartment. Kit later walks in on Ivan changing and finally sees him as a her. This freaks Ivan out and makes him run away from Kit. Dana and Alice kiss in the bathroom and begin to realize they may have feelings for one another. Dana and Alice go for a hike and admit thier attraction for one another and make rules for themselves so they don't act on it. Tim leaves LA to coach at another school and suggest Jenny stay in thier house. | Best Scene(s):

Episode Summary: Alice suggests Tina see a lawyer (which drives a steak through Bette and Alice's friendship). To add insult to injury she hooks her up with Joyce Wichnia, a very aggressive attorney with a background in civil rights litigation. Since The Planet is closed the girls are forced to get coffee at another local coffee shop, which angers Shane because she needs her strong Planet coffee with no frills. Kit, needing money to finalize her purchase of The Planet, tracks down Ivan at his cabin in Idle Wilde to ask for a $50,000 cash loan. Ivan comes through at the last minute and asks to be a silent partner with minimal communication with Kit and no involvement in the day to day. Bette has her assistant looking for an apartment for Tina, it is clear that Bette wants to win Tina back because she doesn't want a place too far, too nice or too shabby for Tina; she is still trying to manipulate her from afar. Jenny begins a writting course to hone her skills as a writter of fiction. Shane begins something with Carmen. Jenny meets Robin's friends, which makes her realize she needs to end they relationship because she is not as invested in the long term (ie she did not want to bring a uhall to the 2nd date). Dana and Tonya have dinner with Dana's parents where they ask for Mr. and Mrs. Fairbanks to bless thier union, after Tonya tells a story they give the women their blessing. Bette runs into the gang who are out to dinner, it is clear that they have taken Tina's side. The only one who reaches out to Bette is Shane. Shane, in true yoda like fashion, picks up on the fact that there is something between Alice and Dana; she mentions it to Alice at the strip-club where Dana and Alice have yet another encounter in the bathroom that is interupted by Tonya. The girls take Tina for a lap dance to cheer her up. In the mean time, Kit and Bette meet up with Manfreddie Ferrer, who they believe to be Marina's father, they are shocked to learn that he is actually her husband. They complete the deal and Kit officially becomes owner of The Planet. While sitting on the Bette's porch smoking and drinking Jenny asks Shane to be her roommate. | Best Scene(s):

Episode Summary:Alice, feeling conflicted about her feelings for Dana, dreams that she and Tonya hook up. Tonya is turning her wedding to Dana into a corporate sponsopred event. Tonya creates a media package without consulting Dana, she also doesn't consult her about taking a 15% managers fee. Freaked out about what Tonya is doing Dana runs to her best friend Alice, but she can't enter Alice's apartment becausel of the "rules." Kit prepares the planet for its grand reopening. Things heat up between Shane and Carmen, but not so much that Shane will let Carmen stay the night. Tina and Bette meet with thier lawyers and said lawyers take the proceedings further then either of the women intended things to be taken. Bette, in the middle of the bickering attorneys, gets on her knees and begs Tina to give their relationship another chance. Bette continues her emotional tailspin and runs a red light crashing into a car driven by an incredibly aggressive man. She looses it on the man screaming at him things that are clearly meant for Tina. Later Bette gets drunks and crashes a get together at Shane and Jenny's. Shane and Alice have to bring Bette to bed and Alice realizes how Bette feels and apologizes for taking sides. Tina moves out of Alice's into her lawyers guest house. Jenny questions why she doesn't get into the writting class and rewrites and resubmits her story and gains enterence to the class. While Carmen is spinning at the reopening of The Plan, Tina decides to stop by the house to pick up her belongings she is begining to feel nostalgic until she finds a picture of Bette and Candace. Meanwhile Betty shows up at The Planet to do an impromptu performance of thier song "It Girl," much to Carmen's dismay Shane is pulled on stage by Elizabeth Ziff (member of Betty and current Musical Director on The L word) and she kisses her. Carmen initial gets upset, but then kissing Jenny. Kit performs "Some kind of Wonderful" with Betty. With the song in the background Bette returns home to find that Tina has not only taken all of her belongings, but has seen the picture as well. Bette, fully clothed, walks into her pool realizing the mess she has made for herself. | Best Scene(s):
