Leisha attended the Academy for the Dramatic arts in New York City, and her first big role was in the movie All Over Me. Leisha Hailey was a member of the pop duo The Murmurs and traveled with Lilith Fair before starting her role on The L Word.

I have two words for you. TOO HOTT! Her role as Alice Pieszecki is outrageous and phenomenal. Leisha brings this character to life. Her witt, charm and out spoken nature makes her hard not to love and we all see that through out the entire series that she reamins devoted to her friends and loved ones through thick and thin. All hail Leisha Hailey AKA Alice.
