The truth is that Nikki is torn between Jenny and her acting career, and above all of that her manager and agents are in charge of her and she is their responsibility and Nikki did not have the guts nor the strength nor the courage to leave in solidarity with Jenny when Jenny pleaded Nikki to come and leave with her because her manager and agents reminded her that she's under contract and that she should stay and if she does walk out and leave with Jenny she would be in breach of contract and her manager and agents will fire her and she would loose her acting career and become devastated, and that is not the kind of risk that Nikki can afford and willing to take. The truth is that neither Jenny nor Nikki were aware of Adele's intentions, in fact both of them don't know that they were being watched by Adele from outside their tent when they both were making a private video tape of their lovemaking during the Subaru Pink Ride, Adele planned to steal that tape and use it as means of blackmail to have Jenny removed as the director of Lez Girls with herself being the replacement. If Jenny was aware of Adele's plans and intentions, she could have take that private video tape with her after she and Nikki finished filming their lovemaking and keep it safe in the breast-pocket of her jacket so that Adele will not be able to steal and get her hands on it and use it to blackmail them. It was Jenny's friend Max Sweeney who became suspicious of Adele in the earlier episode of Season 5, and if Jenny did enough to keep the private video tape safe and secured in the breast-pocket of her jacket in Season 5 Episode 10 none of the worst moments and devastations would have happened in Season 5 Episode 11. There is no reason for arresting Jenny, Adele is manipulative and treacherous and what she did was a criminal act, she blackmailed Jenny and Nikki in the most fundamental way.
